How do guests add photos without the app?
Open a date, tap Collect photos from guests, and make a link. Share it, or print its QR code for the tables. Guests open it, type their name and pick photos. They don't need an account.
Can guests see everyone's photos?
No. A guest link only lets people add photos. Only members of the group can see them.
A guest says the album is full
A date takes 50 guest photos a year. The date's owner can make room for 100 or 200 for that year, unlock it with an Event Pass (up to 2,000 a year), or make it a Large Event (up to 20,000).
We're hosting a concert or convention
Use a Large Event pass: up to 20,000 guest photos and clips a year, and you approve guest photos before anyone else sees them. Print a QR card for every table or screen it on stage. Expecting more than 20,000? Email hello@qyniva.com.
Someone can't join our group
As many as you like, on every plan, free included. What plans change is how many photos and clips can be added each year, and how long clips can be. Nobody is ever removed from a group because of its plan.
Which Qyniva Family size do we need?
Qyniva Family comes in three sizes for any kind of group, not just relatives. What changes is how many photos and clips the whole group can add each year (a clip counts as 5 photos): Family 5,000, Family Plus 25,000, Community 100,000. If your group gets busy, Qyniva tells whoever pays when it's at 80%, and you can move up a size at any time; the store adjusts the price. Bigger than Community? Email hello@qyniva.com.
On free dates, each person can add up to 1,000 photos and clips a year, across all their groups, including Just me. A Qyniva Family plan gives the whole group a yearly allowance by size, and an Event Pass gives room for 10,000 a year each. Reaching a limit only pauses new uploads: everything already added stays.
Plans and purchases
What's the difference between an Event Pass and Qyniva Family?
An Event Pass is a one-time purchase for one big date, like a wedding: up to 2,000 guest photos and clips a year, every year the date comes round. A Large Event pass is the same for gatherings of thousands. Qyniva Family is a subscription for one group, in three sizes: a yearly allowance of photos and clips shared by the whole group (when it runs out, members keep adding from their own 1,000) and clips of up to 60 seconds on every date. Yearly plans include 1, 2 or 5 Event Passes each year.
I paid but nothing unlocked
Close Qyniva and open it again. It finishes any purchase it couldn't confirm the first time. For Qyniva Family, you can also open the unlock sheet on any date in the group and tap Restore purchases. If it's still locked, email us with the date's name and the store receipt.
How do I cancel Qyniva Family?
iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Qyniva. Android: Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Qyniva. Deleting your Qyniva account doesn't cancel a subscription.
What happens to my photos if I stop paying?
Nothing. Photos and clips already added are never locked or removed.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds for in-app purchases. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in Google Play's order history.
